What you do is take your dinner meal, you usually have, and instead of having what you would normally have. You cook a lean organic meat and 2 full cups of organic veggies. Cover the veggies with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
That’s it!
Some people have lost drastic amounts of weight just doing this.
This tactic works so well because dinner time is where most people over eat big time! And doing this keeps them from over eating on starches.
What the olive oil does is keep you feeling full, so you don’t need to binge eat.
My second tactic revolves around breakfast.
Most people don’t give themselves enough food in the morning and they end up ramping up their hunger for dinner. Usually referred to as late night binging.
So here is what you do:
Take your normal breakfast and throw it away.
Replace it with 3 to 4 whole eggs,.25 cups of quinoa and.5 cups of walnuts.
This meal works so well at suppressing cravings that you will literally stop late night binging, sweet cravings and carb lusting right away.
And this is simply because you are eating food that has nutrients your body actually needs. Not crap that you think it needs.
