If you have excess stomach fat that doesn’t seem to want to burn away, then I have for you in this article here 3 simple steps I used that helped me lose fat like crazy! Take a couple of minutes out of your day and read on to learn more!

1. I ate more protein and raw foods (raw veggies and fruits for example). Getting the right amount of protein and raw foods in your diet can do wonders for not just burning away stubborn fat but also losing a lot of weight and improving your overall health as well.

Protein will help your body with many different aspects. For starters, eating more clean protein (organic yogurt, protein shakes, egg whites, chicken breast, turkey breast, nuts, and more) will help you feel full throughout the day. Second, eating more protein will help your body build muscle tissue with ease. And third, eating lots of protein will actually cause your bodies metabolism to increase. How is that? Well, your body has to work harder in order to process protein!

2. I exercised in the morning on an empty stomach! The reason exercising first thing in the morning on an empty stomach works VERY well is because your body hasn’t received nutrients since the prior day. So, what ends up happening is whatever calories you burn during your early morning workout, will be calories from STORED BODY FAT!

3. I stopped eating the same way each day! What does this mean and how does it help you lose excess stomach fat? Well, most of us are used to eating the same types of foods every day and in the same pattern. The thing is though, the body’s metabolism will become accustomed to this pattern and will then slow down and regulate to your eating habits. This is obviously not a good thing if you are trying to burn fat and drop pounds.

So, the way around this is to constantly change around your eating patterns to never allow your metabolism to become used to how and what you are eating. There is a program I went on that designed for me a menu plan based around this technique, and the one thing I noticed (besides how effective it is), is that when you diet this way, you get to eat NORMAL foods and you don’t starve yourself as well. Therefore, not only did I burn away fat like crazy, it was very easy to do.
